Train for Life is a series of 2-minute educational videos hosted by Terrie Reeves, the founder and president of Wellness Coalition America, which highlights the five pillars of total body wellness: moving, fueling, relaxing, maintaining, and connecting. Each segment provides reliable information and advice through interviews with regional experts in health maintenance, fitness, nutrition, etc.

News 14 Carolina is broadcasting the series to Time Warner subscribers across the state of North Carolina (approximately 1.8 million households).  The series airs hourly between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Sundays and is available on www.news14.com.

This video series is one way the Wellness Coalition is fulfilling our commitment to be a constant health advocate for people of all ages and backgrounds, especially the under-served.  It also supports our mission to be a "trusted resource for total body wellness…improving the quality of every human life.
