Clinic - Setup and Monitoring

Roles of Medical Professionals
Fully-integrated Management.  Below is a sample of the fully-integrated services offered by our medical professionals:
  • Refer patients to their primary care physicians when appropriate
  • Assist in locating an in-network primary care
    physician when needed
  • Deliver patient education and disease
    management interventions
  • Coordinate and perform health and wellness
    screenings
  • Identify individuals who might benefit from
    disease management
  • Maintain a stock of approved over-the-counter
    medications and basic first aid supplies,
    administering care to employees within the
    standards permitted for licensed nurses
