The online option significantly increases efficiency and reduces printing costs. Legibility is no longer a concern, and valuable time is not wasted chasing down, faxing, or filing paper forms. The quick-and-easy system shifts the focus of Human Resources from data entry and paperwork to customer service. Online eligibility changes including enrollments and terminations are reviewed and processed quickly. Therefore, claims are not held for new enrollees or paid for termed members. HR may view and approve pending enrollments online, determining what additional information is needed and expediting the overall process.
